We Developed a Fully Functional Website in Just INR 7499. It is the minimum budget that we can use to develop the website.

However, there are several things that we focused on providing to the user in this budget, such as – Responsive UI Design, User Admin Dashboard with Database Integration, High Speed Optimization, Best SEO Practices, and so on.

However, Some Clients have bargaining issues; they bargain to get some additional functionalities in this budget, such as –

Dashboard to post their Content Dynamically.
Privilege of updating the content.
Contact form without a plugin, and so on, which we usually don’t give in this budget.

But still, we developed a Fully Functional Website in just 7499 INR, which supports WordPress, Database Integration, Custom Post Types, and a Custom Contact Form. The working breakdown of the same is as follows.

The Client wanted to have an E-Commerce store for selling T-shirts, but they had a low budget for the same and their requirements were high.

Their budget was limited to INR. 5,499 (Excluding Domain and Hosting Charges), and have no online presence, and very limited customer reach, and have to resolve it.

There are various functionalities the client asked us to implement in the website, such as – Homepage, About Us Page, Products and Services, Contact Form, and Google Map Integration to show their Offline Store.

But the main problem arises when the client asks us to make all these pages dynamic as well. So, we have taken a step to use Elementor and Astra, which will save our coding efforts.

Then we just implemented everything on the Localhost and started the drag and drop development there only.

With this medium, we would like to know that for such requirements like dynamic, we will provide Elementor Templates, and if the site requirement is partially dynamic, then we will go with a Customized theme as well.

Our Approach and Process

We planned that we would deploy only one developer to handle all the project work, so we described the project statement and got everything done by one developer.

Domain and Hosting Plans

There were various things that we had to consider when starting this project from scratch. Some of the points are as follows –

Planning – Here we plan which Astra Theme Template we are going to choose.
Technology Choice – We have decided that we will be implementing this project on PHP, Elementor, Astra, Woocommerce, with several custom codes.
Theme and customization – We have activated the theme and started customizing it with Elementor.
Content Setup – We have developed the ideas for all the specific sections from ChatGPT and given it a human touch, and will proceed.
Responsive Design: We customize our website with respect to the given sizes supported by Elementor.
Testing – Then we did unit testing to resolve the bugs.

Challenges and Solutions

There were various challenges that came our way, which we have tackled to make our project in a robust manner. Some of the challenges are as follows –

Budget Constraint – This is one of the least budget projects, so we don’t spend on paid technicalities, but rather implement with a free version.

Increasing Image Quality – The images received from the Client were of very bad quality, so we have scaled their design and made them good to use on our website.

Speed Constraints – Various Free Themes and Plugins come with bulky scripts, so managing them so that they won’t disrupt the speed was a bit tricky.

There were various challenges faced, but our business is that if a client is approaching us, it is our honour to get their requirement fulfilled.

Adding Final Features to Our Website

There were some features added to our website as the final touch, which are important to be included in the product, such as –

SEO optimization across all the pages with custom Meta descriptions and other practices.
Added Contact Form in the Contact Us page with Email Notification.
Responsiveness ensured, and page loading concerning Google Page Insights.
Adding an SSL Certificate to make the website secure.
